Catalise drawns on best in class talent depending on the job at hand and the specific requirements of the client and what talent the client has availabe within the business. We utilise specialist individuals and advisory firms to supplement our team on the ground. We've been doing this since our inception in London in 2001.
For smaller assignments and clients the Catalise Directors will be directly involved in delivering the job at hand. No hand offs to juniors.
We'll work with you at a brisk pace: going straight to the heart of the issue, agreeing a viable project plan and then implementing it with complete focus. With the right people and the right attitude it can be done - and this is central to the Catalise way of operating.
